Optimum Gym Tampa offers small group Bootcamp. Whether your goal is to lose weight or improve your fitness, we customize our group training depending on the needs of our clients.

Our  workouts are designed so each individual can move at their own pace as we are a NON-competitive environment. We have modifications available for instances where a member may not be able to perform an exercise for various reasons.

Our Workouts are suitable for any fitness levels and since we limit the amount of people per class we can quickly  adjust and accommodate any members personal needs. Stop going to over crowed classes where instructors don’t pay attention to your for, come by our gym and experience the difference yourself!
